What does Next Big Step mean?

Next Big Step is a workforce development program focused on helping ThrivePoint Academy of Texas students explore career options, choose a direction, and acquire the training needed to begin their careers after graduation. It serves as the framework for how we support students and reflects what ThrivePoint is all about. Through a collaborative effort, campus and district staff will partner with businesses and organizations in the communities where our students live and in surrounding areas to provide guest speakers, organize community events, and arrange career-focused field trips.
